A government issued photo id may be required.

No third party bookings.

All pet(s) must be authorized at time of booking by owner and the pet fee must be paid no later than 48 hours prior to check in. Additional pets brought without owner approval will result in additional fees imposed per unauthorized pet and possible reservation cancellation. Pets may not be left unattended inside the property unless they are secured in a kennel or crate.

Quiet hours are from 10:00PM to 7:00AM

Smoking/Vaping to include electronic cigarettes is only allowed OUTSIDE the residence. There is a commercial receptacle on the front porch/deck for butt disposal. Charges begin at $250.00 for the removal of any smoke odor from the residence.

A Short Term Rental Agreement is required within 48 hours of completing your reservation. The agreement is provided at time of booking in order for the guest to review prior to the free cancellation period expiration.  Once your reservation is completed, the agreement will be sent to the guest of record to sign electronically. It is the guest's responsibility to review the agreement within the 24 hour free cancellation period. The cancellation policy will not be amended if guest is not able to meet the agreement terms upon booking after the free cancellation period has expired.  Guest's are responsible for any and all damage. 

Guest has the option of having the damage deposit in the amount of $2000.00 waived/reduced with the purchase of a damage protection waiver in the amount f $69.00 for $2000.00 limit for accidental damages. Additional limits are also available from the add on options available prior to check out.  A damage deposit in the amount of $2000.00 WILL be required if no waiver is secured at time of booking.

All guests and visitors are required to be listed on the property guest list that is included in the rental agreement. Your booking is made/completed for a specific number of guests and additional charges will apply to unauthorized guests/visitors not included on guest list. Under no circumstances can the maximum occupancy be exceeded per our occupancy permit.  All guests will have access to the private, gated beach, park and boat launch. Guests and visitors not listed are not authorized to be on or in the residence/property or at the community beach/park unless written permission is received from the owner.

 HVAC Thermostat is a SMART SENSI thermostat and has a 1.5 to 2 degree variance set (cooler). When the temperature is set for 74 the actual temperature is between 71.5 and 73 degrees. Please do not set temperature lower than 74 degrees during the months of May to September. The property is very cold at that temperature setting. HVAC systems in the desert during the hottest months will overwork and if set at below that temperature, could potentially freeze, causing a system shut down. If you require a lower temperature let us know and we will gladly accommodate by adjusting to less than 74 remotely. Guests will be responsible for any repairs if there is a system failure due to thermostat being set below this temperature.

Exterior cameras are located on the exterior of the property for security purposes only. There are no interior cameras nor will the exterior cameras view into any interior spaces. Tampering with cameras is not allowed.
